Our policy complies with the GDPR
Pre-made logos can be customized, the text and colours can be changed to match your branding. However the premade logo is the example, and drafts cannot be sent before purchase. I cannot change font style in the premade logos, and unless there is a geniune spelling error, once you enter your business name, it cannot be changed to another.
I believe branding is an important part of any business and my premade logo's i will always strive to make unique to you.
If a premade logo is not for you, i offer logo and branding packages available on my shop and website.
I am an exceptionally busy designer with a growing business. I now take orders from multiple platforms, the time-frames listed below are only estimates
- Premade Logo's - 5-7 business days
- OOAK Logos - 28 Business Days
- Branding Packages - 28 Business Days.
Orders are completed in order they are received.
If there is a huge intake of orders on a specific day, the time frames need to be increased.
To abide by normal working laws, staff are entitled to decent working hours.
Therefor please allow plenty of time for your design to be completed.
Please note, if no response is received within 14 days the process can be terminated and no refund given
Logos are sent to your e-mail address, usually the one supplied on Etsy, if you have any concerns please send me a conversation, i may not be able to reply immediately. Please check the e-mail you used to sign in to Etsy before contacting me. On the rare occasion you have not recieved your design within a week, please message me, as usually this is down to an electronic mail fault.
All designs are sent by wetransfer, and it is recommended you add wetransfer to your contact list to prevent this email going to junk mail
All logos come with 2 free revisions, this gives you the option to change things you do not like on your logo design. Once the two revisions have been completed in order to have your logo edited further a revision add on will need to be purchased.
Revisions do not include complete name changes for this reason.
Please also note revisions can take an extra 4-5 business days for premades,
14 business days for the design service.
Refunds are not accepted, there is a queue system and the time it takes to complete an order is dependant on where you are in the queue
Cancellations cannot be accepted to prevent loss to JoellenDesignsLTD
If your order is not in line with the terms and conditions outlined in the description a refund may be issued if the designer feels they cannot complete the order for whatever reason.
Refunds cannot be granted 24 hours after purchase, unless agree'd by the designer.
You can exchange your premade design for another aslong as
1. The design has not already been sent
2. The price is the same or lower than the original purchase
You cannot exchange a premade logo for a more expensive premade, nor can you make an exchange once a design has been completed

The policy below is an agreement to protect JOELLEN DESIGNS LTD & the client.
Joellen Designs LTD cannot accept returns or refunds unless agreed by the Director of Joellen Designs.
Digital files are sent to the clients email address via wetransfer. Wetransfer is a paid third party file transfer service.
File transfers cannot be made from e-mail to e-mail due to the high file formats supplied.
All Logo files come as a JPEG, PNG, PDF RAW and a Transparent file as standard.
Vector files and other formats need to be ordered separate or as part of the design order.
All Designs are subject to 3 free revisions, after which a charge is required to continue any edits,
to protect JOELLEN DESIGNS LTD from financial loss, refunds cannot be granted
